Students and faculty of the Grammar and Variation Lab presented a poster called "A comparative analysis of discourse particles in South Asian languages: the case of na/ne" at the Discourse Particles in South Asian Languages Workshop at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India on December 22-23, 2025.

Presenters included Visiting Assistant Professor James Wamsley, Director of Graduate Studies and Associate Professor Maya R. Abtahian, PhD student in linguistics Meghna Hooda, MA student in linguistics Ganushka Randula, BA student in linguistics Rose Fischman, and BA student in linguistics Ashkay Lakharam.
