Overview
The UR Gospel Choir specializes in a blend of traditional and contemporary gospel music, both with and without combo accompaniment. Founded over 30 years ago with eight student members, the group meets on Tuesday evenings and is open to all students, regardless of faith or religious background.
No audition required. For the Fall 2024 term, simply show up at the first rehearsal in Lander Auditorium (Hutchison Hall, Room 140) on August 27 at 7 p.m. or contact the choir director, Mr. Julius Dicks (in addition, 'Cc:' Sara Rembert [srembert@UR.Rochester.edu] as well)
