Biography

Sara Gallagher is an artist and costumer living in the Rochester area.  She has a bachelors of fine arts from Rochester Institute of Technology, and studied costuming at Dalhousie University in Canada.  She has many years of experience with historical fashions, and theater costuming.

     Sara is regularly found in her studio experimenting with watercolors and acrylic inks, as well as different printing and fabric tie dying techniques. 

     She is fond of traveling, camping, enjoying nature and is a regular on the bike trails around rochester.  She is often with her bossi-poo Finnegan who enjoys riding in her bike’s front basket.
