Michael Feldman

Michael Feldman is a queer, Jewish playwright from Texas, now based in Brooklyn. A former member of the Obie Award-winning Ensemble Studio Theatre/Youngblood, his plays include the podcast Otter Delight (working title), All In, Minding the Store, Phylis (or, The Best Little Planned Parenthood Multi-purpose Room in Texas), and God’s Work. His work has been developed and performed by Ensemble Studio Theatre, Workshop Theater, Sacred Circle Theatre Company, and at the Orcas Center New Play Festival.

Before his playwriting career, Michael worked in politics, including roles as a Domestic Policy Council intern and Advance Associate for the Obama White House, and as a researcher at Everytown for Gun Safety.
