I grew up in Mount Laurel, NJ, a suburb of Philadelphia, PA, with my mom, dad, and older brother Sebastian. I played ice hockey growing up until I was 17, when I switched over to rowing. I graduated from Bishop Eustace Prep in 2021, followed by going to Hamilton College where I earned my B.A. in chemistry and rowed for four years, being team captain my junior and senior years and graduating in 2025. I now attend the University of Rochester’s chemistry Ph.D. program.
