Ning Wang

Ning did her Ph.D. work in the Dept. of Molecular Genetics at the Ohio State University where she studied cytokinesis and cell division. She then joined the Dept. of Cell Biology at Harvard Medical School for her postdoc training where she focused on ER morphology and membrane-curvature generating proteins.

 

Ruisi (Teresa) Qin

Ruisi earned her B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and majored in Cell and Developmental Biology. She is studying regulation of organelle morphology using both yeast and mammalian cell culture.

 

Jiawen Tian

Jiawen earned her B.S. from University College London, majored in Biochemistry and M.S. from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich in Molecular and Structural Biology. She is now studying selective autophagy receptors of different organelles in fission yeast and the organelle cleaning process in human erythroid cells.

 

Icesis Hinkson-Serrano

Icesis is a member of the class of 2026, double majoring in Biochemistry and Religion. She is sponsored by the TRIO Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program. Additionally, she serves as a leadership member of Agape Christian Fellowship and is the Co-Captain of The Glorious Dance Team.
