Poland, 1968. The year of student protests and anti-semitic campaigns. Thousands of
“Zionists” were forced to leave the country – they had to ultimately depart on one-way
passports, forced to renounce their citizenship once and for all.“Little Rose” is the
pseudonym of Kamila, a young graduate who is cajoled into spying by her lover Roman, a
security services functionary. He is given the task of incriminating a well-known dissident
writer. Kamila wins the trust of a writer, and soon his love. However, she soon begins
to appreciate the personality, knowledge and class of the writer, and she sees the vulgarity
of the existence she has shared so far with Roman. Film inspired by a true story.
