Aiden Ward
Undergraduate Student (Class of 2025)
Aiden (they/them) is a fourth-year undergraduate who started working in the Partridge Group in August 2022. They grew up in North Olmsted, OH. Having always been fascinated with the “how”s of the world, they sought out the sciences, which provided them opportunities to find out these mechanisms. They’ve known they want to be a researcher for a long time, specifically in the field of biochemistry. They came to the Partridge Group to help elucidate the mechanisms underlying biological macromolecules’ behaviors. Specifically, their work revolves around the synthesis of monomeric subunits and investigating their self-assembly in solution through non-covalent interactions. When they’re not in the lab or in class, they like to play video games, watch YouTube videos, and read.
