Three undergraduate students in the group – Aiden Ward, Marvin Wu, and Ubanni Opashi – have been awarded Schwartz Discover Grants by the UR Office for Undergraduate Research. These competitive awards provide financial support for exceptional undergraduates to complete summer research experiences. Aiden and Ubanni will be continuing their academic year research on hierarchical fibrous materials, while Marvin will be joining the group to start research on supramolecular chaperones.
