Liz Piedmont
Graduate Student (G3)
Liz (she/her) is a fourth-year graduate student and the first in the Partridge Group, having started when the group was formed in July 2022. Her research focuses on investigating the self-assembly of amphiphilic dendrimers with broad aromatic groups as scaffolds for artificial chaperones. More broadly, Liz’s research interests build on her biochemistry background and include proteins, supramolecular chemistry, and non-covalent interactions. In her free time, Liz enjoys weight training, playing video games, and spending time with her cat Chi-Chi.
