My project include studying how Sirtuin6 functions at the structural, enzymatic, and interaction levels. I employ several techniques such as X-ray crystallography, radioactivity, mass spectrometry and other biochemical and biophysical techniques to better understand how Sirtuin6 promotes longevity.
