Biography

Founder and CEO of Chew Champs Inc. that designs and sells durable dog toys. A dynamic professional, blending writing expertise with creative flair and design proficiency. Currently excelling as a department manager for linguistics at the University of Rochester, overseeing complex processes, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and supervising a team of 30+ student employees. Proven track record as a UXer, driving a 30% increase in job posting traffic and a 19.1% boost in push notifications clickthrough rate by writing conversational copy. Well-versed in content strategy, collaborative design, and effective communication. Published writer with a strong academic foundation in English and creative writing.

I manage a myriad of things for the department to run smoothly including, but not limited to, faculty tenure and promotion cases, supervising student employees, building the course schedule, creating budgets, account reconciliation, grant management, internal training and documentation, colloquia and commencement planning, and graduate program applications.
