Biography

Kat Sirico brings extensive experience in dance production, theater management, and lighting design to the University of Rochester’s Dance and Movement program. Most recently, they served as Events Production Manager at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival and Production Manager at the Fisher Center at Bard College.

Kat has collaborated with many dance companies, including Winifred Haun & Dancers and Khecari Dance, as a production manager, stage manager, and lighting designer. Their career spans roles in major organizations such as Electronic Theatre Controls, where they were recognized for innovation and relationship-building, and Badger Meter Inc., where they managed a $100M project portfolio. They are a proud alumni of both Nazareth University and Yale School of Drama.
