Current Research
My current research focuses on cytochromes c, a class of electron transfer protein. As a collaboration between the Partridge and Bren groups, one of my projects focuses on understanding the assembly process of Geobacter sulfurreducens’ OmcZ cytochrome nanowires and characterizing their electrochemical properties. In another project, I am investigating hydrogen evolution catalysis of horse heart cytochrome c mutants.
