Welcome! DIBS is an independent Diversity & Inclusion in Biological Sciences group for members of the Department of Biology at the University of Rochester. This group is an informal opportunity for students, postdocs, staff, and faculty to get together in a supportive and fun environment to discuss various topics surrounding diversity in science such as work-life balance, improving diversity in the workplace, and mentoring. DIBS meetings are open to the whole community, and we welcome people of all identities and career stages.
